WHAT IS HOTEL QUALITY BEDDING?
Hotels will only use bed linens that are durable, can wash at 60ºC and suitable for tumble drying.
WHAT IS ECO - SUSTAINABLE
Sustainable = lasting and durable, look for a label that allows washing at 60ºC. There are new natural products that are sustainable, Tencel® it’s a derivative of Eucalyptus, more ecological and lasts longer as it also washes at 60ºC.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERCALE & SATEEN?
The Feel - Percale has a cool, crisp feel, while Sateen feels silky and smooth.
The Warmth - Percale tends to sleep slightly cooler than Sateen.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THREAD COUNTS?
180 Thread Poly Cotton Percale
This is superb quality polyester cotton making your sheets feel soft and fresh to touch. This high quality weave is less likely to crease and is very durable as it can wash up to 60ºC. It’s a great product for the home, and a firm favourite for rental properties and hotels.
200 Thread Percale 100% Cotton
200 thread cotton Percale is a fresh, breathable cotton which makes the bedding cool to the touch. The quality of this thread count makes it a perfect product for hot countries as it is cool in the summer due to the 100% cotton Percale. It is perfect for the home, rental accommodation and hotels.
300 Thread Sateen 100% Cotton
300 thread count Sateen is woven in a way that makes the fabric soft with a silky touch and is visually pleasing with a light satin sheen and drapes well. The high thread count makes it a finer fabric and thus a more luxurious product. Suitable for the home and your guests, including rental properties and hotels.
400 Thread Percale 100% Cotton
400 is the highest thread count recommended for hot countries as it’s light and has the finest of weaves. It has the fresh, breathable qualities of a Percale but its finer weave makes it a more luxurious cotton.

We have 17 different sizes for fitted sheets, from baby cot, single to Super King. Let us know your mattress size and we will supply the correct size fitted sheet. We also have a choice of 30cm or 40cm skirt depths.

We have 5 different sizes for flat sheets, let us know your mattress size and we will supply the correct size sheet.
WHAT SIZE DUVET COVERS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have 6 different sizes for duvet covers, let us know your duvet size and we will find you the perfect cover.
WHAT IS TENCEL?
Tencel® is a cellulose fibre, which is made by dissolving wood pulp. It has incredible absorption characteristics and is 50% more absorbent than cotton. As Tencel® is more breathable, it is less susceptible to odorous bacteria growth.
WHAT IS A GOOD TOG RATING FOR A DUVET IN THE SUMMER?
Tog ratings indicate how warm the duvet is. A 4.5 tog duvet is a good all-rounder for warmer locations. If you are in a cooler location, a 10.5 tog may be more suitable, especially in the winter.
WHAT MAKES FOR A GOOD TOWEL?
Towels are sold by weight, 500GSM being a good quality lighter weight towel and 650GSM a more luxurious quality. When buying towels consider if they will be laundered in a commercial laundry as this will impact the decision of weight versus cost.
